Welcome to the Licensure Gateway!
The Licensure Gateway is a single portal to manage licenses, permits and registrations associated with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.
It grants access to printable documents, change of address, online applications and many more features.
The Licensure Gateway is used to submit all license applications.
Helpful Information:
For Pharmacy Technicians who have not had an ACTIVE Registration since 2025, please proceed first to the Board website to review changes
and important information (including how to find your Registration (“PT”) number):

How to renew your License / Registration:

Login in with your Username and Password.

Once logged in, you will see “This License is Expiring Soon!" on your home page. Click the green box with your License / Registration number to renew.

Under License / Registration Options, click the Renew as Active button.

Follow the prompts to renew.

Upon completion of the renewal, a receipt for the renewal fee will be automatically emailed to the email address on the payment page. (If your renewal
application does not require any staff review, your License / Registration will be immediately renewed for the next year).

To print your updated License / Registration Certificate, click on “Home”, at the top of the screen. Then click on the green box with your License /
Registration number again.

Once you get back to your Options, you can select Print License / Registration Certificate.
Remember to keep your information up to date, per regulations & Board policy.

You can easily change your Contact, Address and Employment information on your home page.

You can submit a request for a Name change by clicking on “My Profile” at the top of your home page.
Here's how to renew:
- Login with the facility’s administrator’s username and password.
- Once Logged in, you will see This License or Permit is Expiring Soon! Click the license or permit to renew.
- Once you click the license or permit, it will take you to a new page.
- Under License or Permit Options, click the Renew as Active icon.
- Follow the prompts to renew.
- Upon completion of the renewal, a receipt will be automatically emailed to the address on the payment page.
- To print your updated license or permit, click on HOME, at the top of the page. Then click on the facility license or permit.
- Once you click on the license or permit, you can select Print License or Permit Certificate.
